- Each traveller is allowed to carry one piece of large luggage (maximum of 28" and 20 kg) and one carry-on luggage. Please secure your luggages as you are responsible for any loss or damage; partial refunds are provided for losses or damages due to vehicle breakdowns
- In cases of emergencies, adverse weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances leading to tour delays or changes that result in inconvenience or additional expenses not covered by this tour, refunds or compensation will not be provided
- Refunds, or compensation will not be granted to travellers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- The tour guide arranges all optional experiences and tickets; travellers cannot use tickets they obtain independently (e.g. City Pass). Please check the official website or on-site announcements for exact ticket rates
- Please refer to your voucher for details, and be alert to change notifications as tour guide may adjust based on actual on-site conditions, emergencies, weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
- When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
- In the event of external factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, etc., it will not be possible to ensure that you will arrive at the pick-up location on time. Refunds will not be granted if the itinerary is delayed, which will cause inconvenience to passengers or cause additional costs such as flights and trains
- If the bus is late for some reason, a partial refund will be granted according to the length of the delay time, but part of the tour fee will not be refunded. The tour guide will explain the details on the spot, and the compensation amount listed by the tour guide will be the main basis; please consider this before booking
- If the tour cannot be visited due to external factors such as weather, war, strike, etc., the provider has the right to change the itinerary, and the ticket fee for the specific site will be refunded (except for the self-paid items presented as a gift). Refunds will not be granted for the registration fees

【Airport Pick-up & Drop-off Service】
- Please select your pick-up time more than 1.5 hours after your flight arrival time for customs and luggage claims, and meet our staff at the arrival hall with all your check-in baggages promptly
- If travellers miss the airport transfer service hours due to flight delays, or personal reasons, this a service will airportiot be available. Travellers are responsible for arranging their own transfers, and refunds or compensations will not be provided
- It is a shared transfer service. Please be patient as wait times may vary depending on the schedule and other passengers
- Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- Travellers age under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
