Established by the Sawanotsuru Sake Brewery, the museum offers visitors a deep dive into the craft of sake-making, showcasing traditional brewing tools, techniques, and historical artifacts. This museum closes every Wednesdays, the Obon holiday and the New Year holiday season, so we go to different spots if you book this tour on Wednesday, the Obon holiday and the New Year holiday season.
