- The system does not allow modifying the order. If you want to change the number of travelers, please refund the ticket and rebook it.
- Taiwan Travel Alishan Line tickets can be used on Line A or Line B, and can be used for the outbound or return journey. There are 4 boarding and alighting times. Please scan the QR code on board and the tickets must be used within three days.
- Each QR code e-ticket can only be used by one traveler. If there are more than 1 traveler, please present the same number of QR codes to the driver for verification (for example: if there are 3 travelers, please present 3 QR codes to the driver). If you do not present the QR code matching the number of travelers, you will not be able to get on the bus.
- Requests for a specific seat will not be granted, a first come first served policy will apply
