Tasting absinthe and tapenades local discovering the story of the "Green Fairy".

- 2 glasses DE wine, 1 glass of absinthe, 1 drink of your choice in the tasting menu of the caterer
- trays to share (cheese - cold cuts) + local tapenade + local tasting menu of the extended caterer or a 2nd stop with some additional specialties to enjoy.

Meeting Points
- Your guide will wait for you in the small park "Jardin d'Eden" in front of the fountain. He will wear a t-shirt and/or a red cap in the colors of WhatToDoRiviera.
End Points
- We finish the tour at our best local caterer then we take our group to the heights of the ramparts for a nice sunset and generally offer the most motivated to continue the evening with a suitable selection of bars, dancefloors...
