Our classes take place in a Moroccan house within a Moroccan family. You'll be our guest for an evening.
You will be welcomed in our house, we will prepare together a typical Moroccan dish Tajine or couscous and we will also prepare a hot or cold starter as well as a Moroccan mint tea accompanied by Moroccan pastries. This workshop can also be done in vegetarian version.
Zaalouk is a traditional Moroccan salad with eggplants and cooked tomatoes, seasoned with spices, garlic and olive oil.
It is a colorful dish consisting of perfectly cooked couscous garnished with lamb or chicken, a variety of simmered vegetables and a tasty broth.
Cinnamon oranges are a classic dessert of sliced oranges garnished with a mixture of cinnamon and flavoured sugar.
You will make your own way to the meeting points
