Meet your local guide at the Shin-Kawasaki station and head to the real Sumo stable, which was officially used until 2022. First, your guide will explain the unique lifestyle and customs of the sumo world, followed by a room tour to see the dining room, bath, and practice area, where you can get a glimpse of the life of sumo wrestlers. Afterwards, you will be seated right in front of the sumo ring to watch a morning sumo practice session. Usually, Sumo morning practice begins around 7:00 a.m. and lasts for three to four hours, and a unique training session has continued since the Samurai era. In this tour, you will first see how the morning practice begins, what kind of movements are used, and why.
