Embark on an easy to medium-level walking tour covering a 5-kilometer downstream path. Upon reaching the walkways, prepare to traverse the Suspension Bridge, spanning 516-meters across the valley and dangling 175-meters above the Paiva River. Next, you'll embark on a scenic 5-kilometer stroll along the wooden boardwalks of the Paiva Walkways, tracing the river's left bank from Areinho to Vau. Following the walk, indulge in a delightful lunch, featuring fish and vegetarian options. Afterward, rejuvenate during a van ride to Costa Nova, renowned for its picturesque striped houses. Cap off the day in Aveiro, dubbed the "Portuguese Venice." Explore the city center, enjoy leisure time, and unwind with a canal boat trip, offering a unique perspective of the charming locale.
