Bread is one of the most important elements of Mexican gastronomy. Together we will discover how easy and delicious it is to create Mexican bread. You can choose to create the delicious bread of the dead, which is made specifically during the seasons of October and November, as it is used as an offering for our deceased saints on the holiday known as Day of the Dead. Or we can create the bread known as "concha", delicious and timeless, soft and fluffy. We can create it in its traditional flavors, vanilla and chocolate. Or we can innovate, if you have a flavor in mind we can create it. At the end of the class you will take with you the delicious recipes and a bit of Mexican gastronomy.

This experience is not to be missed, as it is full of flavor and tradition in each of its ingredients.

Unmissable experience at CDMX. We will go together to one of the most emblematic markets in Mexico City, in the beautiful San Rafael colony... the San Cosme Market. As part of our tour of the colony, we will stop at the only taqueria that has a Michelin star in all of Mexico. You will also get to know the Opera House, one of the most important cinemas in Mexico. We will enter what is known as the "colony of architects", which gave home to incredible artists such as the surrealist painter Remedios Varo. When you arrive at my house, you will learn to prepare delicious traditional Mexican bread, shells or dead bread. We will prepare a delicious Oaxacan chocolate to accompany our bread. We will combine the flavors and textures, preparing an authentic Oaxacan chocolate, brought directly from Oaxaca, to accompany it with our delicious bread. At the end of the experience, you will take the recipes to prepare at home.
