Red - Classic Route
You can hop on and off from our Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 8 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris with your printed or mobile voucher. 2. See a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route with your printed or mobile voucher. River Cruise Information (If Included in Your Ticket) - Important: You must book a river cruise time slot before boarding your River Cruise. - There are two ways to do this: 1. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and choose a departure time slot. 2. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a river cruise ticket and book a time slot. - Cruise Departure Location: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8. - Departure Times: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes. Download the Big Bus app for: 1. Real-time bus tracking. 2. The latest route updates and service alerts.
