The old Roxy cinema, known for its Art Deco style, will be restored to its former glory. The project, led by architects Sérgio Dias, Ana Lúcia Jucá and the renowned Jorge Astorga, aims to maintain the historical authenticity of the venue while integrating comfort and modern technology.
