- Open your booking confirmation email and tap “Get Ticket”, read carefully the ticket details. Download World City Trail app, select create at the first page, use your booking reference (found in your ticket) and select your starting location.

Please download World City Trail app from App store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/world-city-trail/id1627220764) or Playstore (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.worldcitytrail.app). From your ticket find the booking reference. It is a number which looks like this “BR-XXXXXXXXX” or 12XXXXXXXX or 16XXXXXXXX. Please copy this number for the app and use this number for booking reference. In the app for the log-in select create and fill in your details. After the successful log-in you can customize your route based on your location. Choose your start and end point. Your booking reference will be active 24h before the booking date or the day of the activity. If you try earlier you will not be able to log in.
