Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
Free for children aged 0-5 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
Children aged 6-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
This activity requires a minimum group size of 8 people. If the minimum group size is not reached, the trip will be canceled and a refund will be issued. A cancellation email notification will be sent 5 days before the departure date.
The early bird plan only has adult tickets, please choose this plan if you need child tickets.
In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (before 20:00 local time) whether the tour will be canceled or not, and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter
Tourists who suffer from the following diseases or who are not suitable for excessive stimulation are not allowed to participate in this project: Epilepsy, heart disease
Due to time delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, when part of the itinerary and attractions are canceled, partial refunds cannot be processed. Please know that
The itinerary timetable is for reference only. If it is affected by traffic factors, the stay time at each attraction will be adjusted. Please be informed.
If you do not need the Churaumi Aquarium & Manzamo tickets that are included in this trip, the price difference cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons on the event day, no refund will be given
Passengers who will take a flight after the end of the itinerary are advised to take ample time two hours before the flight takes off. The operator will not be responsible if guests are unable to board the flight due to traffic conditions on the day.
This is a shared group tour, and your companions may be seated next to other passengers on the bus.
