We pick up from all hotels - rentals located in Tulum. If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is requested. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time. For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of 7 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing. No shows applies 15 minutes after confirmed pick up time.

• IMPORTANT: You must provide the tour operator: 1/ At the latest 3 days before the tour: T-shirt size (from XS to 3 XL) + kid's weights for the snorkeling life vests. 2/ No later than 4pm the day before the tour, your ROOM NUMBER. Otherwise the tour will be cancelled. Without your room number, they will not be authorized to enter in the hotel to pick you up.
