Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
Please contact the operator if you would like to join the bike tour with a child aged 10 to 12
The participants declare that they know how to use a bicycle and that they are in perfect health condition
Likewise, it disclaims any responsibility, both to the company and to the guide, derived from the misuse or negligent practice of the bicycle during the bike tour to be carried out. In any case, the participant is responsible for having accident insurance if necessary
The renting party does hereby agree to take full responsibility in case of any damage to any person, the bike, or loss of the bike during the tour
