Douro Valley Full Day Tour with River Cruise and Wine Tastings
Starting from Porto, in Trindade, right in the centre of Porto, the tour begins in an air-conditioned van, with a limit of up to 8 people, to discover the Douro Valley where you can get to know this landscape, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and appreciated by tourists from all over the world. You can also choose the option of pick up and drop off at your hotel for an extra fee.
Arriving in the Alto Douro, you'll stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the view of the vineyard terraces on the banks of the River Douro and take photographs. Visit two different wineries with tastings of table wine and Port, olive oil, honey and local bread.
On one of the vineyards you'll enjoy a delicious traditional lunch accompanied by plenty of local wine.
After visiting the vineyards you'll head to Pinhão where you'll board a Rabelo boat for a cruise along the Douro River where you'll enjoy a landscape that's green in summer and brown in autumn.

On the way to Pinhão, you will travel trough National Road 222, wich is considered to be one of the most beautiful roads in the world, due to its proximity to the Douro river and the panoramic views it provides. Arrival in Pinhão and... All aboard! Experience an hour-long relaxing cruise on the Douro river departing from the historic town of Pinhão. Sail the curves of the river and enjoy the calm embrace of the terraces and the vineyards planted in the riverbanks.
