A Scenic Journey from Marrakech to Marigha — Discover Argan Oil & the Salt of the Atlas Mountains
Our journey begins early in the morning from the vibrant city of Marrakech, heading south towards the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is the charming town of Tahnaout, where we enjoy stunning mountain views and a chance to connect with local life.
We then continue to a traditional Argan oil cooperative, where you’ll witness the amazing process of extracting pure Argan oil by hand, led by local Berber women. You’ll have the opportunity to taste natural products and learn about the cultural and economic importance of this “liquid gold.”
Next, we drive deeper into the mountains toward a hidden gem — the village of Marigha, famous for its natural salt springs. There, you’ll discover the traditional method of salt extraction passed down through generations, while enjoying the peaceful landscapes and warm hospitality of the local people.

This ticket includes round-trip transportation from Marrakech, guided tour, Argan oil cooperative visit, traditional lunch, and bottled water. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Cancellation free up to 48 hours before the tour start time. The ticket is valid only on the booked date and time.
