Discover the food excellences of Modena: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. Visit with a guide an authentic farm of our country side, the cows and the three production phases, from the milk to a wheel. The aging storage is an amazing place where thousands of wheels sleeps!

The Balsamic vinegar is produced with a minimum of 12 y.o. in special and particular barrels of wood. The guided visit will tell you all the secrets about this excellence called "Black Gold".

Prosciutto and cured-meats as salami, pancetta, coppa, mortadella are typical of this Region: this producer is one of the best and his products are soooo good. The guided tour will surprise you! Lunch into the brand-new private restaurant of the producer (tortelloni+selection of cured-meats with local bread, dessert, beverages)

All tastings will be served at the end of each tour!

Guided Parmesan Cheese factory tour with tasting. Guided tour around the production areas, the aging storage and the cows. The tasting at the end includes Parmigiano, fresh ricotta and balsamic vinegar.
