Full Day Self-guided Tour in Venice by train from Milan
What better way to reach one of Italy's most beautiful art cities, Venice! With our day tour you can arrive in Venice by taking the Frecciarossa train from Milano Centrale station and in about 2 hours and 30 minutes reach the city of Venice. Once you arrive at your destination with a walk of about 45 minutes you will be able to arrive in the historic center of Venice otherwise outside Venice S. Lucia station available are public transportation for transfer from the station to the city center, service excluded at extra charge (boat, water taxi). Entrance included at St. Mark's Basilica or the Bell Tower of San Marco and Doge's Palace, visits are free at scheduled times. In the afternoon private Gondola experience for the exclusive use of your group lasting 30 minutes, at the end of the tour return to the station to take the train back from Venice S. Milano Centrale
07:15 Departure by Frecciarossa train from Milano Centrale station and arrival at Venezia S. Lucia station. 09:42 Arrival at Venice S. Lucia station. From the station you can walk to the city center in about 45/60 minutes, otherwise by public transportation you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes (service excluded at extra charge).
St. Mark's Basilica
Entrance to St. Mark's Basilica or the Bell Tower of San Marco. The visit begins by entering through St. Peter's door (Skip the line access), passing under the splendid Dome of Genesis, you will access the lower part of St. Mark's Basilica. You will have the opportunity to admire the beauty of the golden mosaics and from the Byzantine artworks.
Campanile di San Marco
Entrance to St. Mark's Basilica or the Bell Tower of San Marco The Campanile di San Marco is 98.6 meters high. An elevator will take you to a height of 60 meters where you can admire Venice and all its beautiful surrounding panroama, on a fine day, you can even see as far as the Dolomites. The spire is crowned by the golden statue of Archangel Gabriel watching over the Serenissima.
