Due to the long journey, please understand if you encounter traffic jams. Our company will not bear any subsequent costs caused by delays due to traffic jams.

The transportation, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. During a group trip, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and no fees will be refunded. Tourists are responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Please understand.
If the applicant is over 70 years old or pregnant, in order to ensure safety and complete the relevant protection process, they need to sign a waiver of liability agreement. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" column when booking. We will send the waiver of liability agreement document by email after receiving the order. Please sign in advance and take a photo and send it back to complete the registration process.
Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, red leaves, special flowering periods, lighting, fireworks festivals, snow scenery sightseeing, hot spring season, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors, and the specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to the official notice. If we do not receive a clear official notice to cancel the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special event cannot meet expectations, no refund will be made. Please be aware.
We will try our best to arrange seats, but since this trip is a carpool tour, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks. We will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.
