Children aged 0-2 can enter free of charge
Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

A surcharge of JPY200 or JPY300 will apply depends on the size you choose if you need to use the coin lockers
Please use the tour bus or ranger tour in the park, you cannot enter the Safari Zone with convertible cars, trucks, canvas tops, etc
A surcharge of JPY500 per car or JPY1300 per small bus will apply as a radio guide fee if you enter the Animal Zone by car or sightseeing bus
A surcharge of JPY500 per person will apply as ride fee if you would like to ride on a safari bus
A surcharge of JPY10,000 for weekdays and JPY15,000 for weekends per group (maximum 6 passengers) will apply as ride fee if you would like to join the ranger tour
