This venue does not accept children under 3 years old, pregnant women and seniors aged 60 or above. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Children aged 15 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above to enter the park (same price for both children)

Once the ticket is confirmed, no changes, cancellations or refunds are allowed.

Please refer to the venue instructions for your visit. You will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter the venue after exiting.

If you lose your ticket due to personal reasons, you will need to purchase another ticket to enter

Safety signs and instructions in the venue must be read carefully and followed before use. If the venue has clearly, detailed and fully explained the risks of playing, any personal or property losses caused by ignoring the relevant notices shall be borne by the tourists themselves

To ensure safety, if any abnormality or malfunction occurs in the facilities and equipment during operation, they must be shut down for inspection. The inspection time may not be confirmed and notified in time. Visitors must cooperate and obey the guidance of on-site staff.

If some facilities are suspended or closed due to force majeure, the venue will not extend or refund tickets. Tickets do not include food, beverages, shopping and other secondary consumption in the venue.

The theme park or exhibition hall reserves the right to revise the price and validity period of tickets, discounts or promotional items at any time.
