Please note that lunch is not included in the tour price. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or purchase it at the service area, restaurant, food court, etc., at Gotemba Outlets.
Due to the schedule, dinner will be served early, before 17:00. Please be aware that the dinner menu may change depending on the available ingredients.
For your safety and comfort, please refrain from using umbrellas when viewing the fireworks. Kindly prepare your own rain gear (rain jacket, raincoat, etc.).
The fireworks display will be held rain or shine. However, it may be postponed or canceled due to stormy weather. If the fireworks festival is postponed or canceled by the day before, the tour will be canceled and the travel fee will be refunded.
If the fireworks display or the Hakone Pirate Ship is canceled after the tour departs, we will guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot. In this case, we will refund the price of the spectator seats for the fireworks display, but there will be no refunds for bus alternatives due to changes in the itinerary. Additionally, there is no refund if the fireworks display is canceled midway.
Cancellation of the fireworks display may be decided on the morning of the departure day. We will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot cover transportation expenses if you have already headed to the meeting place.
If the boat ride is canceled due to weather conditions, the fireworks may be viewed from the ground. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to the late departure after watching the fireworks, we plan to arrive at each return location late at night. In the unlikely event that you arrive late and need to use a taxi or stay overnight, you will be responsible for your own expenses.
If the number of participants is less than 25, or if the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, the tour may be changed or canceled up to 3 days prior to the start of the tour.
In case of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable reasons, the tour schedule may be changed or the time at each sightseeing spot may be shortened. Please be informed in advance.
There is no toilet on the bus.
Facility entrance fees included in the tour price are different from the official price. There is no refund or additional charge for the difference from the posted price after the tour departs.
We may not be able to meet your seat request or allergy request. There is a possibility that we may refuse your request in advance after explaining.
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
