Your hotel pickup time will be approximately 1-hour prior to your flight time. The operator will contact you after booking to advise your exact hotel pick up time
All passengers are weighed before boarding the aircraft for legal and safety reasons. Couples with a combined weight of over 180 kg will incur a surcharge. The operator will inform you of the tariff and arrangement before confirmation and on the day of the flight
The operator will reconfirm the flight availability for you. Occasionally, a single passenger will be fitted on another booked flight. If the alternative flight doesn't work for you, a full refund will be given
Please advise the level of assistance required for any disabled passengers and whether the passengers are in a wheelchair at checkout, so that the operator can accommodate the needs
