Children aged 3-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
The final return time for kimonos/yukatas is 17:30. Customers who wish to return the item the next day must return it by 15:00 the following day. *Customers who wish to add options are asked to pay at the store.

For safety reasons, we are unable to provide dressing services to the following customers: pregnant women, people with injuries, and people using wheelchairs.
Regarding prohibited activities and clothing during activities. "Getting your clothes dirty or going to dangerous places." The total price may increase depending on the rental kimono and optional items you choose. Additional fees can be paid at the store by cash or credit card.
Please note that depending on the time of day and season, you may have to wait for 30 to 90 minutes.
