The eSIM voucher from the supplier will contain these numbers.

Validity: - You are required to activate the eSIM within 60 days upon issuance

You will make your own way to the meeting points
1. The eSIM is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if it has not been installed yet. 2. We will confirm your booking within 48 hours. Please keep an eye to your Email, we will send the eSIM QR code to it once we have confirmed your booking 3. eSIM QR Code should be activate within 60 days upon booking. Please refer to the instructions for how to install the eSIM. 4. The eSIM in not available to restore, refund or exchange upon removal. 5. One eSIM QR Code can be used on 1 device only. You are not allowed to scan the same QR code with 2 different devices. 6. Please make sure to switch off the data roaming service of your own SIM card. Surcharges may occurs if you have switched it on. 7. To avoid international roaming charges, blocking the roaming service with your own service provider before your trip is suggested. 8. If the eSIM is damaged, or you are facing any difficulties during installation or usage, please reach to our customer service center immediately for refund during your trip. The eSIM is non-refundable once if you have returned to your own country. 9. Excessive data usage can result in reduced internet speed or potential service disruption. 10. Coverage and data speed may vary depending on the network congestion of your destination. 11. Additional compensation such as roaming costs, overseas SIM card purchase costs, or transportation costs are not provided. 12. This is a short-term(within 90 days) tourist product. Foreigners staying for 91 days or longer could face service limitations or be suspended without prior notification. Refunds will not be issued in these situations.
