Then, change to the bus and drive to Wieliczka - a small town near Krakow, where one of the largest ancient salt mines in Europe (700 years) is located. The depth of the mine is 340 meters, the total length of the corridors and tunnels is over 245 kilometers. The tourist route is over 3 km long and includes over 20 halls, underground lakes, a multitude of corridors and buildings, including the largest and one of a kind Church of St. Kinga - the patron saint of miners. The underground church is richly decorated with chandeliers, carvings and statues of saints carved out of salt. There is a specific healing microclimate in the mine, and there is a sanatorium at a depth of 135 m.

The Kościuszko Mound in Krakow is one of the five mounds located in Krakow. It was erected in honor of Tadeusz Kościuszko - a great patriot and leader of the national uprising
Fortified like a castle, this mighty monastery, founded in the 12th century, was destroyed and rebuilt several times. The most important Krakow traditions are also associated with it: here, on Monday after Easter, the annual Emmaus festival is celebrated. Hence, the Lajkonik procession - the most important symbol of Krakow - sets off every June.
