The activity takes place 15 km from the city center of Bologna, in an organic farm, you will prepare the dishes of traditional Bolognese cuisine. We will prepare the traditional dishes by mixing eggs and flour, pulled by hand, seasoned with traditional sauces, prepared by us, once the preparation is finished you will taste what is prepared in the garden or inside our house. You will also prepare a traditional dessert that you will take home; We organize seasonal courses and based on these, we decide together what to prepare and learn during the cooking class. The activity starts at 2.30 pm, when we will meet in the city center, in via Santo Stefano 14, we will take you to the Bolognese hills 15 km from Bologna, and the activity will end at about 6 pm, after you will taste the dishes prepared until 7.30 pm, time when we will take you back to the city center.

MAIN - tagliatelle al ragù

tipical dish of the Bolognese cuisine, pasta made from scratch, generally eaten with the ragù sauce, or tomato sauce or with the mushrooms.

MAIN - tortellini

home made pasta filled with meat, normally served with meat broth or with Parmigiano cream

MAIN - tortelloni

home made pasta bigger than the tortellini, filled wit ricotta cheese and parsley, or spinaches, or pumpink, or mortadella and ricotta.

DESSERT - pinza bolognese

typical cake from the hills of Bologna, that you will prepare with three differents jams made from us, cinnamon and raisins

crostata bolognese tipica delle colline con 3 tipi di marmellata differente, cannella e uvetta
