Single ticket: 1 ticket, limited to 1 person

Family ticket: includes one adult and one child between 90cm and 120cm

Admission notice: One ticket per person, no replacement allowed

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by their parents; parents must be adults over 18 years old who are able to supervise.

Each adult can bring one child under 90cm for free (subject to on-site measurement). Children under 60cm are not allowed to enter the park.

Pregnant women are not allowed to enter the park

For the health of the animals, please do not bring food to feed the animals without permission.

Visitors must abide by the park's visitor guidelines (displayed at the entrance of the store)

The park or exhibition hall reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice

Different attractions or facilities in the park or exhibition hall have different age, height or usage restrictions. Users must abide by the rules of individual attractions and the instructions of on-site staff.

The park or exhibition hall reserves the right to suspend the opening of the rides or facilities on the list for maintenance or other reasons without further notice.

The park or exhibition hall may change the park or exhibition hall or attraction operating hours, temporarily close the park or any part of it, limit the number of people entering the park, and/or suspend any rides or cancel any entertainment programs from time to time without prior notice, refund or compensation due to the attendance of the park or exhibition hall, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order reasons, or when the park or exhibition hall deems it necessary based on the circumstances at the time, without prior notice, refund or compensation. Tickets, guided tours, offers or promotions cannot be resold, transferred, refunded, exchanged in whole or in part, redeemed for cash in whole or in part, or exchanged for other products or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts

All participants must confirm that they hold a valid passport or Mainland Travel Permit. If a participant is not allowed to leave the country due to document or personal issues, the merchant will not be responsible for any form of refund or compensation
