At Malpica,, we will visit a brick oven bakery heated with wood and a rustic floor tile factory where we will be able to get samples from both places.
The next stop on this tour will be an artisans workshop and store by the highway between Malpica and Concordia, where we will find arts and crafts made on site. A few steps away from the store, you will find the workshop and the ovens where the artisans transform a bunch of clay into a beautiful piece of art.
One of the biggest attractions on this tour is Saint Sebastian church, located at the hearth of Concordia, a town founded in 1565 by Francisco de Ibarra. This is one of the oldest towns in the state of Sinaloa, and it is popular because of silver mining, furniture making and the traditional "Raspado", similar to shaved ice cone.
