- We do complimentary one-way pick-ups from central CBD hotels but this MUST be arranged with us on time. Please call 1800 BALLOON (22-55-66) at least 24 hours before your flight to arrange your transfer. If in doubt, simply meet us at The Hotel Windsor on 111 Spring Street

We will normally be contacting you before the flight. If you have not heard from us, please call the company on 1800225566 or +61400694299 one or two days before your flight. Balloon flights are weather dependant and require minimum numbers in a flight for it to proceed. Wear practical clothing and OUTDOOR SHOES. Bring a hat or cap as well.
