Your teacher Sophie is a 500hr RYT yoga teacher with over 10 years experience & is very passionate about sharing the practice of yoga & it’s benefits. She will also share tips on how to reduce the fluctuations of the mind & calm the nervous system, with yoga philosophy & The 8 Limbs of Yoga. You will also learn how to increase the capacity of your lungs through Pranayama, Breathing Techniques.
After our practice we will have some time to chat, chill & connect & enjoy a cup of ginger tea or a refreshing drink, a sparkling water or 2 glasses of wine.We hope you can join us for this inspiring experience.
Enjoy practicing breath work to increase the capacity of the lungs & a dynamic & meditative Vinyasa Flow class ( 1 hour 15 minutes). We will practice some mindful movement to help strengthen the body & stretch our muscles, helping to dissolve physical & mental tension in body & mind. Immersed in nature, enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves, birds & trees & stunning views of the cliffs & sea. This really helps to find more mental clarity & to reduce the fluctuations in the mind. After our yoga practice we will enjoy some time to chill, chat & connect with some cleansing ginger tea or 2 glasses of vino & time to ask any questions you may have. I also share my recommendation of the best place to go for a nice meal. After your experience is finished, we recommend bringing your swimwear & cooling off & dipping your toes in the nearby beach which is only 2 minutes walk away or you can enjoy your lunch in some of the nearby cafes & restaurants.
