This is a hiking tour, not a summit tour. The tour ascends to the 7th Station (~2,900m) and returns on the same day.
Participants must be physically prepared to hike for approximately 5–6 hours with 900m of elevation gain.
All movement during the tour is on foot along mountain trails, which include steep, rocky, and sandy sections, so proper footwear and appropriate clothing are essential for your safety and comfort.
Participants must bring their own light lunch and sufficient snacks. Eating is only possible during breaks on the mountain.
Even at mid-level elevations, some hikers may feel dizzy, tired, or nauseated. Please hydrate, take breaks, and inform your guide if unwell.
This tour is not suitable for those with mobility issues, recent injuries, or serious health conditions.
Rain, fog, or cold winds are common even in summer. You must bring proper gear for cold and wet conditions.
Toilets are limited and may require ¥100 coins. Please prepare small change and expect basic facilities.
Littering is strictly prohibited. Please carry back all trash to preserve the environment.
