2. Child seats are not mandatory. Please make an appointment in advance if you need them. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat occupies 1.5 people's space, which may affect the passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an additional fee of 2000 yen/piece/day. More than two safety seats need to be confirmed with customer service.
3. The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are both in hotels or B&Bs in downtown Nagoya (for off-site pick-ups, the driver will be given idle time or additional fees depending on the actual situation). If the departure or end point is not in Nagoya, the service time is 8 hours. The service time is 08:00-20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
4. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference if the departure or end point is off-site. If it occurs, the customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
5. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that the local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
6. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication and arrange the vehicle. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the car is used). Please note that you must wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
7. If the actual use of the car exceeds the service time or the travel distance, an overtime fee/extra kilometer fee will be charged.
8. If the total travel distance exceeds 300 kilometers, JPY300/per kilometer will be charged.
9. For guests who stay in cities outside Nagoya, they need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee: 8,000 yen.
