From your ticket find the “Tour operator confirmation number”. It is a number which looks like this “VIA-XXXXXXXXX” Please copy this number including “VIA-” Use this number for booking reference In the app for the log-in select create and fill in your details. After the successful log-in you can customize your route based on your location. Choose your start and end point. Your booking reference will be active 24h before the booking date or the day of the activity. If you try earlier you will not be able to log in.
