Ticket Redemption
We have multiple departure locations depending on the tour so please reach out to us at 504-454-3939 if you have questions regarding your departure point. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure for check in. Tour departs on time. Late arrivals will may not be able to participate. Refunds will not be approved for late arrivals or no shows. Wheelchair accessible. Any amendments to your reservation will be charged a $5 change fee, payable by phone.
