Things to note in the Observatory:

• There is no luggage storage in the observatory. If needed, please use the coin-operated lockers at the following three locations.
  - Behind the Garden 5 ATM corner, 1F: Large locker JPY 700 / Medium locker JPY 500 / Small locker JPY 300 (7:00-24:00. ※ 7:00-21:00 on the second Saturday of every month)
  - Waterfall Trail, B1: Large locker JPY 700 / Medium locker JPY 400 / Small locker JPY 300 (7:30-23:00)
  - B2 parking lot: Large locker JPY 400 / Small locker JPY 200 (Only on the day)
• Nursing rooms are located on the 39th and 40th floors (inside the observation deck).
• Smoking is prohibited in Kuchu Teien Observatory.
• Visitors using wheelchairs please use the elevator on the 1st floor of the Tower East to reach the 39th floor.
• For customers using strollers: The transparent escalator is very narrow and has a steep slope. If your stroller is difficult to fold up, please use the elevator on the 1st floor of Tower East to go to the 39th floor.
  

[Osaka Metro Bus Ticket]

• When taking the metro, you only need to scan your QR code at the QR code supported ticket gate to enter and exit the station.
• When riding a bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when getting off.
• Please show the QR code on your ticket to the staff at the partner facilities. If you are unable to show the QR code due to system errors, etc., you will not be able to receive the discount.
• Please note that if the facility is closed or the QR code page cannot be displayed, you may not be able to receive the discount. In this case, no ticket return or refund request will be accepted. This ticket is for one person only. ** This pass is not valid for Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu or other company lines.
• When travelling outside the coverage area, please inform the staff at the arrival station and pay the additional fare.
• If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device failure or unstable connection, etc., you will not be able to access this service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that the fare paid during ticket display failure will not be compensated.
• Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions, passenger regulations and other relevant policies of each transportation company.
• Important note for multiple ticket purchases: If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they are not transferable and cannot be shared. Please make sure all tickets are for the same trip.
• To use an e-ticket, please click the e-ticket link you received after booking on your mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone, then show the e-ticket to the staff and press the use button.
  ※ E-tickets can only be used while the device is connected to the Internet. Please confirm in advance whether your mobile device can access the Internet normally.
  ※ Please note: Screenshots or paper printouts of the ticket are not valid.
  ※ If you purchase multiple tickets at once, you cannot use the tickets separately. Once you start using one of the tickets, all tickets are considered used. To use multiple tickets separately, please purchase them separately. 
  ※ To prevent others from using the ticket illegally, when you open the e-ticket again in an environment different from the one in which you first opened the e-ticket, the system will ask you to use the OTP dynamic password for verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
  1. Enter an email address that can receive emails and press the send button.
  2. Check your inbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If not, it may be classified as spam. If it's not in the spam folder, it may be that the email you entered is incorrect. Please open the website and re-enter your email.
  3. On the ticket screen, enter the OTP password in the email and click "confirm". If the password is correct, you will bedirected to the e-ticket use page
