Be enthralled by the beauty of the orchid flower. Popular around the world for their exquisite patterns and variety of blooms, orchids are one of the largest family of flowering plants. The National Flower of Singapore is also an orchid, the Vanda Miss Joaqium. Capture the elegant form of this flower in painting at our Orchid Dish Painting Workshop. During the session, you will discover visual differences between common species of orchids, learn about the anatomy of an orchid flower and understand the basics of colour mixing and acrylic painting. At the end of the session, you can try your hands to create a simple and beautiful painting of an orchid flower on your ceramic dish.
