We meet in Lecce at BALU' Bistrot Shop, in the heart of the old town. Balu's cooking team will teach students in English how to make a pasta dough from scratch step by step following simple instructions. While making the pasta, your cooking coach will teach you how to make a dough just using simple technicques and three ingredients only. From arrival to tasting the Pasta that we make in the class, you will taste Balu's selection of wines and local foods.
