Participants should be able to ride a scooter comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a scooter safely, and no refunds will be issued
Scooter rentals will be delivered to the guest's hotel and left with the concierge. The guest can retrieve the scooter upon checking in
At the end of the rental period, guests can leave the scooter with the concierge, and the Operator will collect it the following day
