- Driver Assignment & Flight Monitoring A professional driver is assigned to the trip. The driver monitors the flight schedule in real time to adjust for any delays or early arrivals.
- Arrival at the Airport Upon arrival, the traveler clears immigration and collects luggage. The included 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starts from the actual landing time.
- Meet & Greet at Arrival Hall The driver waits at the arrival hall holding a name sign for easy identification. If travelers are delayed beyond the free waiting period, additional waiting time is chargeable.
- Assistance & Luggage Handling The driver greets the traveler and assists with luggage. If needed, the traveler can request additional help with heavy bags.
- Transfer to the Destination The traveler is escorted to the private air-conditioned vehicle. The journey begins, providing a smooth and direct transfer to the specified destination (hotel, home, or any other location).
