Cotopaxi Volcano
Explore a majestic ascend to the first Mountain Cabin (Primer Refugio) 16,000 ft above sea level on the Cotopaxi Volcano (Strato Volcano) at the Cotopaxi National Park. Descend to explore the national parks and see the lagoons, water springs, natural flora and fauna of the multiple altitud ecosystems around it. Our experience leader is a an experienced andinist who has guided groups from all over the world for 20 years. She will teach you to honor and respect the experience and to ask, and revere Cotopaxi for a successful ascend. A sensorial experience you will not want to miss!
