When you make your booking, please provide all flight departure details and the full address of your accommodation. Your transfer will be confirmed instantly, and you will be given a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per person, based on 6 adults per vehicle.

- A maximum of 6 passengers per limousine transfer. One piece of luggage and one carry-on per passenger.
- Partial cancellation is not available for roundtrip transfers.
- Infant car seats are the traveler’s responsibility; children must be seated in a size-appropriate safety restraint, per local law.
- Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) is subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service.
- If you book the incorrect hotel zone, you are responsible to pay the difference in Cancun International Airport
- It is your responsibility to contact us directly if you miss your flight or have a change in your flight plans - please do so immediately so that we can arrange for your pick-up (the Gray Line contact phone number will appear on your voucher).
