- Please note, If you choose round-trip option the amenities are only for the arrival.
- Minivan accommodates up to 7 passengers: 7 standard-size bags and 7 carry-on bags are allowed per vehicle.
- Partial cancellation is not available for roundtrip transfers.
- Infant car seats are the traveler’s responsibility; children must be seated in a size-appropriate safety restraint, per local law.
- Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) is subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service.
- Please provide “Arrival” or “Departure” details during the booking process: date/time/airline/flight number/hotel.
- If you book the incorrect hotel zone, you are responsible to pay the difference in Cancun International Airport
- It is your responsibility to contact us directly if you miss your flight or have a change in your flight plans - please do so immediately so that we can arrange for your pick-up (the Gray Line contact phone number will appear on your voucher).
