For airport arrival pickups your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall with a branded name board with the lead traveler's name. If for any reason you cannot see him, go sit/stand by the big statue at arrivals and he'll move around with the name board till you spot him. We also recommend you connect to the free WIFI at the airport and start communicating with the dispatch office via WhatsApp. This way you can have peace of mind that someone is with you all the way till you find your driver.
