While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, in no event shall TFT’s liability to you for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, damage, or any other liabilities incurred during the tour or while traveling to and from the tour exceed the amount of fees you paid to TFT, even if they are caused by TFT’s negligence. Section 4: Cancellation and Refund Policy For cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling, please refer to Viator's cancellation policy as outlined on their platform. For travelers who wish to meet us at a specific location, please let us know where you would like to start the tour. For example, if you're staying in Tokyo only for a few hours during transit, we can start the tour at Shibuya, near the Hachiko statue.
