Additional Information
When you arrive at the Cancun airport and after collecting your luggage, you must exit through the door of transport companies and travel agencies. We will contact you by text message with contact instructions. It would be very helpful if you responded to the message informing us when you have already passed the filters so that we can ask your driver to contact you as soon as possible at the welcome bar where your flight arrives.
Meeting Points
- Outside the airport building at the exit of travel agencies. We recommend you ignore pirate taxis and timeshare vendors, walk directly to the exit to find the palette with your name. If it gets complicated you can call us for assistance.
End Points
- In case of departure, we will pick you up at your hotel in the Puerto Morelos area to take you to the airport, taking into account the transfer time and the time the airline asks you to be at the airport. The pick up time is sent to you via text message or WhatsApp.
