On Koločep island you can visit most popular caves in Dubrovnik area, Blue cave and Three Sister caves. There you have opportunity to swim and snorkel inside of the caves while reflection of the sun is making a beautiful blue colour.
Lopud Island
On Lopud island you can visit beautiful churches, monastery, nice restaurants and sandy beaches. Nice to go for a walk and exploring.
Sipan
Šipan island is the largest Elaphite island where you can stop to have lunch in nice restaurants.
