Welcome to Monocabin Bistrot. I’m Viviane, a designer and culinary curator inspired by the rich history and flavors of Rhodes. This summer, I invite you to join us for a limited-series intimate dining experience inside Monocabin, a design-forward tiny house created by Mandalaki Studio in Milan. Monocabin was conceived as a thoughtfully designed space that harmonizes architecture and purpose, offering the perfect summer getaway. Its minimalist aesthetic and intimate atmosphere create the ideal setting to explore both the architecture of Monocabin and a culinary experience. With a table for six, enjoy a curated five-course menu showcasing the vibrant flavors of Rhodes, shaped by its rich heritage and diverse cultural influences. Each dish highlights the island’s rich culinary traditions with subtle notes from Italy, France, and Persia. The menu celebrates their shared flavors through a unique culinary menu.
