- All reservation holders must arrive at the SEOULDAL location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
(e.g.) If you have a reservation for 2 Adults + 1 Child at 14:00, all 3 people must arrive on-site by 13:50.
ā» If you do not arrive by the scheduled time, it will be considered a No-show, and No refund will be given.
ā» If the actual number of visitors exceeds the reserved number, the extra guests will not be allowed to board.
- In case of weather conditions, flight control, or other unavoidable reasons preventing operation at the reserved time, cancellations may occur on the day of the visit.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, if the operation is interrupted while passengers are waiting to board after ticket issuance, or if an early descent occurs during boarding (where 'early descent' is defined as a flight time of less than 5 minutes), a full refund will be provided.
- If the option of the number of people (e.g. Adult/Youth/Child, etc.) differs from the actual boarding passengers, the online payment needs to be fully canceled, and the new payment must be made at the site.
- The following items are prohibited from being brought into the SEOULDAL balloon.
1)All photography equipment except mobile phones (DSLR cameras, action cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.), and any items that could fall
2)Weapons/explosives/flammable materials/sharp objects (e.g. knives, scissors), or any items that could cause harm or discomfort to others
