Then we decide how and where do we meet up, also I'll give suggetions. This service is supposed to be one-way, but round-trip or multiple stop locations are acceptable as long as it's within 3 hours service time.

You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 30 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
The pickup location depends on your requirments and situation. Let's say If you need pickup service at Airport, I'll go as far as furtherst point where visitors are allowed to meet the travelers, up to the designated exit gate. Also, I'm reachable on WhatsApp (or other communication tools you prefer) all the time during service.
